Important note for all data sets:
Some particles may not exist at all times,
but the tracking program has identified them as likely the
same particle and thus with a continuous identity. However,
it is known that occasionally the tracking program makes
mistakes with this.

Data from experiments studying dense colloidal suspensions
confined in droplets, surrounded by another liquid
These data sets were studied in:
- "Boundary mobility controls glassiness of confined
colloidal liquids"
GL Hunter, KV Edmond, and ER Weeks, Phys. Rev. Lett.
112, 218302 (2014).
The data are in the form (x,y,z,t,id) for the phi=0.33 data,
and (x,y,t,id) for the phi=0.46 data. That is, the lower
volume fraction data are 3D, and the higher volume fraction data
are from 2D cross-sections through the midplane of the droplet.
t is an integer, to convert to seconds, multiply by the
time step (dt) listed below for each file. (x,y,z) are
in microns. Each particle has a unique ID number assigned to it
(an integer). The samples are bidisperse, but the only particles
we track are the large ones. The radii are a_small = 0.532 microns
and a_large = 1.08 microns. See our paper for further details.
The "high viscosity outer fluid" had viscosity eta = 15.2 mPa s,
and the "low viscosity outer fluid" had viscosity eta = 5.7 mPa s.
Droplet radii are indicated by the final four digits of each
file: 0540 corresponds to 5.40 um radius, for example.
The data have been processed already to remove any bulk
center-of-mass motion of each dropet, as well as any global
rotation of each droplet.
